Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
CM Promotions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a wedding and corporate event planning company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or submitting our quote form, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the “Request a quote” form, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number;
- Details about your event — event date, location, estimated budget, and how you heard about us;
- Any additional information you include in your message.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what you provide in your inquiry.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry and prepare quote and package options;
- Schedule and conduct consultations;
- Follow up with you about your event and our services.
We use the details you submit primarily to communicate with you about your event and our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information for monetary payment. We do share limited information with the advertising and analytics providers described below in order to measure how our marketing performs. You may opt out of this sharing at any time — see “Your choices & rights.”
How we share your information
We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the website and respond to you, including:
- Form & email delivery: our quote form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your submission to us by email.
- Website hosting: our site is hosted on Cloudflare.
- Call & form tracking: WhatConverts records call and form inquiries and the marketing source that referred you.
- Advertising measurement: Google receives hashed contact information to measure ad performance, as described under “Cookies & analytics.”
These providers process your information solely to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices” below).
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These include:
- Google Analytics (GA4): collects aggregated usage data — pages viewed, time on site, general location, and device type — to help us improve the site. Google may set cookies for this purpose.
- Microsoft Clarity: a product-analytics tool that captures anonymized session replays and heatmaps (clicks and scrolls) so we can see how visitors use the site and improve it. Text you type and form fields are masked by default. Clarity may set cookies for this purpose.
- WhatConverts: our call- and form-tracking provider, which uses cookies to attribute phone calls and form submissions to the marketing source that referred you (for example, a Google Ads click).
- Google Ads: if you arrive from one of our ads, a click identifier is used to measure which ads lead to inquiries.
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which may receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) as part of serving those fonts.
Advertising measurement
When you submit our quote form or call a number shown on this site, we may share limited contact information you provide — such as your email address or phone number — with Google in hashed form. Hashing converts the information into an irreversible code before it is transmitted. Google uses this to determine whether your inquiry followed a click on one of our ads, which helps us measure how our advertising performs. This is known as “enhanced conversions.”
We do not use this information to identify you personally beyond the contact details you choose to submit. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices & rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted to us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by reaching out using the details below. We will respond to reasonable requests as required by applicable law.
Opting out of advertising measurement. You can opt out of Google’s use of your information for ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. To ask us to stop sharing your information for advertising measurement entirely, contact us using the details below.
Texas residents. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, obtain a copy of it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of processing for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, Google Maps for our reviews). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
